218 Church Street is the newest apartment complex in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville. Each newly renovated apartment offers modern finishes, wood-finish flooring, and a washer/dryer in every unit. Floor plans include studio and one bedroom units. Residents will have access to first-floor restaurants and retail. The building is adjacent to a common courtyard where you can enjoy a beautiful outdoor space equipped with seating and fire tables.
